2. Services
Y Net provides internet connectivity based on the selected plan. Speed, data limits, and service features depend on the subscribed package. Actual speeds may vary due to network conditions, technical limitations, or external factors.
3. Plans, Pricing, and Payments
All plans, prices, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Applicable taxes and government charges will be added to the bill.
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
Installation fees, activation charges, and other one-time fees are non-refundable.
4. Fair Usage Policy
Subscribers must use the service for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Illegal downloading or sharing of copyrighted content
Hacking, phishing, or network abuse
Sending spam or malicious software
Any activity that disrupts network performance
Y Net reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of this policy.
5. Equipment
Any modem, router, or other equipment provided by Y Net remains the property of Y Net unless otherwise stated.
The subscriber must maintain the equipment in good condition.
Equipment must be returned upon termination of service.
Charges may apply for lost or damaged equipment.
6. Service Availability
Y Net strives to provide uninterrupted internet service; however, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Installation and Access
Subscribers must provide safe and reasonable access to their premises for installation, maintenance, and service support. Y Net is not responsible for issues caused by internal wiring or third-party devices.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Service cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through official customer support channels.
Refunds for prepaid plans will be provided only as per Y Netβs refund policy.
No refunds will be provided for partially used billing periods unless required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Y Net shall not be liable for:
Loss of data
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the subscriber for the most recent billing period.
10. Privacy
Y Net respects your privacy. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be disclosed if required by law or regulatory authorities.
11. Changes to Terms
Y Net reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the country/state where Y Net operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the registered location of Y Net.
