Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of Y Net internet services by:
Submitting a written request via email or Contacting Y Net customer support through official channels.
Cancellation will be processed within a reasonable time (usually 3–7 working days) from the date of request.
Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless immediate cancellation is requested.

2. Refund Policy
A. Monthly Plans

No refund will be provided for partially used monthly plans.
If payment is made in advance and cancellation is requested before activation, a refund may be processed after deducting installation or processing charges (if applicable).

B. Long-Term / Prepaid Plans (Quarterly / Half-Yearly / Annual)

Fixed-duration prepaid plans are non-refundable once activated.
If cancellation is requested before activation, a refund may be issued after deducting installation charges, equipment charges, and administrative fees.

C. Service Non-Availability

If Y Net is unable to provide service due to technical or feasibility issues before activation, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, natural disasters, or reasons beyond Y Net’s control.

3. Installation & Activation Charges

Installation, activation, and processing fees are non-refundable once service is activated.
In case of cancellation before installation, applicable processing charges may be deducted.

4. Equipment Refund & Return

Any modem, router, or device provided by Y Net remains company property unless purchased separately.
Upon cancellation, the customer must return the equipment in good working condition.
Failure to return equipment or damage to equipment may result in additional charges.
Security deposits (if applicable) will be refunded after equipment inspection and clearance of dues.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method or via bank transfer.
Y Net is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Outstanding Dues

Any pending dues must be cleared before processing cancellation or refund requests. Y Net reserves the right to adjust refundable amounts against outstanding payments.

7. Policy Changes

Y Net reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
